Getting the foundations into place before racing ahead with the more exciting tasks is an essential task
I get it! We're caught up in the excitement of building our businesses, and rarely stop to think of the fundamentals. Before we can build, we need strong foundations, and that includes building resilience in our lives. Taking up the business owner baton is a big commitment for anyone, and it's something that needs to be taken seriously and organised properly.
Working with me means that you can build systems into your life at home, so the impact on building and running a business is a more positive impact than one that takes up all your time and energy, leaving you with nothing in the tank for the other parts of your life.
Getting your space organised, putting rotas into place, creating meal plans, and planning ahead, in general, will take you further in your business journey than winging it every single day. You need to know what you're doing, where, and when, in order to succeed.
